BIT Mesra B.Pharm Department encourages and supports studies involving a range of research strategies which are supported by various national and international funding agencies like UGC, AICTE, DRDO, CSIR, ICAR, ICMR, DST, BMBF (Germany), UGC-UKIERI etc. The Department also has collaboration with many renowned National and International Institutes of repute for research in various fields of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technology. Young faculties are also supported for post-doctoral research abroad. A few faculties have also been on the panel of invited speakers at international conferences, held in USA, Singapore, Germany, Austria and UK.

BIT Mesra B.Pharm Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

1. a) Candidates must have appeared in JEE (Main) 2022 or National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2022 (NEET-UG)
2. b) Candidates must have passed Class 12 / I.Sc. or equivalent qualifying examination. 
3. c) Candidates must have passed in English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics / Biology in Class 12 / I.Sc. or Equivalent Qualifying Examination with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwD). 
4. d) Marks in Class 12 to be computed as average of following 4 subjects - English, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics / Biology.

BIT Mesra B.Pharm Admission 2022: Selection Process

Selections will be made on merit, that will be drawn by giving - 

1. a) 60% weightage to JEE (Main) 2022 / National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2022 (NEET-UG) Score [total marks obtained] and
2. b) 40% weightage to academic performance (marks in Class 12 / equivalent qualifying examination) 
3. c) Candidates must meet the age criteria and other minimum academic requirements.

BIT Mesra B.Pharm Admission 2022: How to Apply?

To fill online application form, 

Step 1- Click on the link “APPLY ONLINE” to register for the program and create a password for the application process. Do not share the password with anybody. Please see instructions for filling online application forms. 

Step 2. Eligible candidates must complete and submit the application form online only [link available on the Institute website www.bitmesra.ac.in]. Pay application fee of Rs.1,500/- (General / OBC / EWS candidates) and Rs.1,000/- (SC/ST candidates) through ICICI payment Gateway (candidates may use net banking / debit card / credit card of any nationalized bank) till the last date of application process. Fee once remitted shall not be refunded. 

Step 3. Candidates should proceed to fill the Online Application Form only after they satisfy themselves that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria.
