To this end, the computers in the administration and accounts sections of the University will also be linked to a separate server.

A person with access to the system will be able to access it from anywhere. For security purposes, a two-stage authentication process has been provided. The user will have to log in using the email address and password with which the admin has created the account of the user.

The second authentication will be done using the Google Authenticator App.

It will be possible to write a note on a file and pass it on to the next person in the hierarchy, who can then pass it on to the next person.

The package has been developed by a team comprising Sugam Tripathi, Rahul Kumar Mishra and Saumya Srivastava.

Each employee has been provided with a unique ID code to access the system. A registered user can access the system and work according to their assigned role. The system will automatically track the files.

The acting vice-chancellor said that the new system will reduce processing time and increase accountability.
