AAU Assam PG Diploma Admission 2022 Open till March 24

New Delhi: Assam Agricultural University, Assam has invited online applications for admissions into its Post Graduate Diploma Course on ‘Tea Production Technology & Smart Management (PGD-TP TSM) for the academic session 2022-2023. 

Candidates interested in pursuing the postgraduate diploma degree from AAU Assam can visit the official website and apply for the PGD program till 5 PM on March 24, 2022.

The university has decided to intake a total of 25 students for the one-year PG diploma course on Tea Production Technology & Smart Management. The course will commence from April 2022 and end in March, 2023.

The program seats will be reserved for students according to the specified norms issued by the University. Earlier, on February 24, the university started the online application process for admissions into the PGD program.

AAU Assam PG Diploma Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria 

Candidates intending to enroll for admissions into the PGD program will have to meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Candidates must be a degree holder in any discipline.
• Candidates holding a UG degree in Science stream will be highly preferred. 
• Candidate's must be of the age limit 30 years.

AAU Assam PG Diploma Admission 2022: Application Process 

The Online Application process to apply for the PGD program has been divided into 3(three) steps

• Registration (Candidates are requested to note down the registered Username and Password for future reference)
• Login in to the registered account and pay the application fee of INR 100.00. 
• Filling up the application form with necessary details, and uploading all the documents as prescribed and subsequently submitting the application form. 

Candidates should note that the application form will be activated only upon successful payment of the application fees.

AAU Assam PG Diploma Admission 2022: Documents Required 

Candidates are also advised to upload the necessary soft copies of the following documents, 

• Photograph: Size between 20 kb to 50 kb
• Scanned signature: Size between 10 kb to 20 kb
• Caste Certificate (except General Caste)
• Age Proof (Birth Certificate / Xth Admit card)
• Xth Marksheet and Pass certificate
• XIIth Marksheet and Pass certificate
• Graduation Marksheet and Pass certificate
• Permanent Residence Certificate
• Medical Certificate

AAU Assam PG Diploma Admission 2022: Selection Process

Candidates will be selected for admissions into the PGD program based on their merit and personal interview. 

Upon successful completion of the PGD course, the participants will be awarded a Certificate from the Assam Agricultural University.
