Effective technical training program

5.0

Coming from a non-IT background, I joined TalentSprint FSD program to improve my technical skills. The teaching experience here was good. The trainers explained every point clearly and made us do hands-on exercises after each class. Our trainer, Vikas, was available at any time to clarify our doubts. The skills I gained here helped me attend and succeed in the interview process, setting me apart from other candidates. After completing the course and passing the exams, we joined the placement pool where we received placement opportunities and applied to various companies. I am happy to say that I achieved my goal of joining my target company with the help of TalentSprint. I sincerely thank them for their support.

Google women techmakers program: transformative guidance

5.0

Coming from a family where I had no cousins or any family members who were an engineer or who were in stem field I always felt a lack of guidance. So when I was in my second semester I got to know about this program Google women techmakers engineering fellow. I checked on YouTube and I saw some videos of cohort-1 one and cohort-2 about how they prepared for it, how they gave the exam, what is the procedure, is there any fees or not. Then I applied to this program so my main reason to apply for this program was to get more guidance especially since this program was in partnership with Google I knew they would be some support and guidance from Google which is always a plus point. So the entire structure of the program was very well defined and the thing that I like the most was that it wasn't a short program or short boot camp for two or three months. This was like around 1.5 or 2 years which helped all the students understand the teachings in a proper manner. So they tried to cover all the important aspects which are needed to get a job like DSA which was taught to us by Ashokan and Anshul. They also gave us a list of questions which each company asks and it was really helpful for us especially during Summer Internship and when we were applying for full time jobs. Kunisha prepared us for software engineering interviews. She taught us how to introduce ourselves, how to stay calm, how to be a better communicator and how to express our ideas in a proper manner because no matter how much you know until and unless you are able to present it in a proper manner that the other person is able to understand it, it doesnt matter. She took a lot of mock interviews which were helpful and she also encouraged us to take interviews of our peers so that all of us can understand how it is like being the interviewer and interviewee. Along with this, we also had multiple session Google employees who used to come and explain about their journey in Google and before. How they got there and what all things they focused on so this was really helpful. Currently, I am doing a 6 month internship at RingCentral and in July I'll be joining the same company as a full-time employee. I am also the first engineer in my family. The women engineers program had a huge part to play in this entire journey because from my second semester itself I knew what all topics I must cover for interview and online test. I also got so much of guidance from experienced folks that gave me confidence on my learnings

AI/ML PG Certification program: Unique, hands-on, successful

5.0

PG Certification program in AI/ML This course stands out from other offerings because it is uniquely dedicated to in-depth exploration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Another compelling factor is the partnership between IIITH, renowned for its computer science research among India's premier institutes, and TalentSprint, a reputable organisation with substantial experience in this field over many years. This course combines theory with hands-on learning, which improving my understanding of complex topics. Faculty are knowledgeable, they actively engage and provide in depth explanations and practical insights. Mentors during lab sessions, hackathons, and the capstone project assisted me in understanding and implementing lecture topics. I personally enjoy the lab notebooks provided during the course, which greatly contributed to my learning experience. After completing this program, I secured a position in the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning industry. The hands-on training and comprehensive knowledge gained were instrumental in boosting my confidence and securing an offer. My transition from academia to industry was remarkably smooth, thanks to the IIITH professors and the TalentSprint team.
