Thou infrastructure n facilities are good . But when it comes to dealing with visitors they are pathetic. Went there on Thursday afternoon, they have 4 counters to deal with visitors/enquiries , but 2 personnel were seating with only 1 visitor waiting for his turn. Even after 20 mints they failed to entertain him.
I am always in awe of this place, whether its ambience or the collection, my kids love all the books they have read so far taken from here.
Had a conversation & assessment of Child English courses , but not clear/ satisfied with the details , curriculum , fees and overall structure ...not sure overall objective of these courses and not properly aligned for school going child
Yesterday I went to consult for speaking English in British council Delhi. I sit there almost 35mins but no one came for further process. I informed 4, 5 times to represent on help desk but they said in every time I will be called. Is it a British council image.
Just a bunch of chaotic characters who have no clue what needs to be done. They call you 15 mins ahead of schedule. Then they make you wait for the next 45 mins. Seems they are competing with State Bank of India for customer centricity
