Diploma (Electrical Engineering and Information Technology)
With the diploma course in electrical engineering and information technology, the TU Ilmenau is offering a continuous course of study with a degree in engineering from WS 17/18. The demanding course begins in the 1st to 3rd Semester with an interdisciplinary, integrative and practice-oriented basic training. Building on this, students in the 4th and 5th semesters acquire solid, expanded knowledge in all core areas of electrical engineering and information technology. In the 5th semester, the individual choice of a mentor is made in preparation for the subsequent focus.

- Secondary school certificate (e.g. Abitur, Matura, etc.)
- Transcripts of studies at other universities
- Results of the university Bachelor degree from education in your home country
- Certificate of any previous German knowledge
