Tuition Fees
The Ilmenau University of Technology does not demand a typical tuition fee. Students have to pay 120 USD in the first semester of the Master's course, in the following semesters the contribution fee is103 USD.
The course is designed consecutively and builds on the Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. However, it is also attended by graduates of closely related bachelor's degree programs such as electrical engineering, computer engineering, mechatronics, vehicle technology, optronics, microsystem technology or graduates of other technical bachelor's degree programs such as engineering and natural sciences computer science, who can demonstrate 210 credit points.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- Completion of a related bachelor's degree transcripts is needed.
- Admission to the master's program at the TU Ilmenau requires a passed aptitude test. This aptitude test takes place as a formal test of your certificates.
- CV is required
- Certificate of any previous German knowledge is needed.
