Gujarat ACPC (Admission Committee for Professional Courses) is accountable for conducting the counselling and admission process of aspirants who are willing to enrol into Gujarat colleges. Gujarat ACPC monitors the admission process only for vocational or technical courses such as B.E/B.Tech, MBA, MCA and other professional courses. ACPC reserves the right to fix the fees of the colleges that come under ACPC. Candidates are required to visit the official website of ACPC in order to get themselves registered on the ACPC portal.

Gujarat ACPC: Eligibility Criteria
All the candidates are required to fulfill the eligibility criteria related to Age, Nationality, Educational Qualification, and Reservation Policy. It should be noted, it is compulsory for each and every to fulfill every single parameter. Failing in of the eligibility criteria will lead to cancellation of the admission. ACPC has determined separate eligibility criteria with regards to educational qualification for every professional course. Documents required for ACPC Counselling
Gujarat ACPC Counselling demands documents such as 10th and 12th marksheet, caste certificate, GUJCET marksheet. Below-mentioned the list of the required documents-
- 10th Marksheet
- 12th Marksheet
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- EWSs certificate (if applicable)
- Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate of the family
- Certificate of PWD (if applicable)
- Certificate of Ex-Serviceman and In-Serviceman (if applicable)
- A copy of the certificate of income issued by the State Government
- Latest Passport size Photograph (other than Gujarat board)

Gujarat ACPC Application Fee
Candidates of different categories are not required to pay a separate fee. Candidates can pay the fee via Debit card, Credit card, or Net Banking. The below-mentioned table shows the fee details as per the category-

Gujarat ACPC Registration Process
It is mandatory for all the candidates to register on the ACPC portal, or their scored rank will not be considered. Candidates have to go through the below-mentioned stages in order to register on the ACPC portal-

Gujarat ACPC Step-wise Registration Process
In order to successfully register on the portal, candidates are required to create a profile of themselves on the website. The below-mentioned table showing the step wise process for successful registration-

| Step 3 | Enter name, should be same as the qualifying exam |
| Step 4 | Choose ISD code i.e. 91 |
| Step 5 | Enter the mobile number |
| Step 6 | Enter a valid email address |
| Step 7 | Create the User ID. If user ID is not available, choose alternative user ID from the displayed box |
| Step 8 | Review the mentioned details. Press the SUBMIT icon after reviewing. Press EDIT if discovers any misinformation |
| Step 9 | Submit the OTP that shall received on the entered mobile number. |
Gujarat ACPC Step-Wise Profile Creation

ACPC Online Admission Process
After Successful registering, candidates ought to be aware about the admission process via Gujarat ACPC. Kindly go through the below-mentioned details-
| Stage 1 | After the registration process end, ACPC will release merit list, stating the names of all the eligible candidates |
| Stage 2 | Post declaration of merit list, candidates can choose the courses online. All the candidates must choose more courses |
| Stage 3 | The first round of choice filling will be a mock stage in the course filling process. Candidates are again advised to choose more subjects to increase the chances of selection |
| Stage 4 | After the choice filling form, ACPC will release the merit list of all the candidates who have successfully bagged a seat via ACPC. ACPC will release the list on the basis of merit and choice of the candidates |
| Stage 5 | If candidates is willing the take admission in that course, he/she is required to pay the token fee to confirm his/her admission |
| Stage 6 | Get the printout of admission receipt for future reference |
