AP EAMCET Combined Scores

AP EAPCET (AP EAMCET) 2023 Combined Scores

AP EAPCET (AP EAMCET) ranks 2023 is going to be calculated solely based on AP EAPET scores. This is because of the cancellation of Class 12th exams due to COVID-19. However, the section below covers the previous year AP EAPCET (AP EAMCET) Combined Score Calclation based on the normalization process. Two examples have been mentioned below for you to understand how the combined scores for AP EAPCET 2023 will be calculated.

Example 1: A student P has scored 510/600 in the intermediate exam and 130/ 160 in AP EAPCET. His combined AP EAPCET score will be 82.19. See the process below:

  • Since 25% weightage is given to intermediate scores, therefore, the score weightage will be (510/600)*25= 21.25
  • AP EAPCET scores have a weightage of 75%, therefore the score will be (130/160)*75= 60.94
  • The combined scores for AP EAPCET will thus be 21.25+60.94= 82.19.

Example 2: A student S has scored 430 in Class 12th and 110 in AP EAPCET.

Intermediate Marks(out of 600) AP EAPCET Marks (Out of 160) Combined Score
430 110 Intermediate Score: (430 / 600) * 25 = 17.92
AP EAPCET Scores: (110 / 160) * 75 = 51.56
Combined Scores: 17.92 + 51.56 = 69.48

After calculating the combined marks for Intermediate and AP EAPCET, candidates can refer to the marks vs rank analysis mentioned earlier in this article and get an idea of which range they belong to and act accordingly.
