The main campus of the university is located in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada. The other two campuses are located at Toronto and Brampton. 


Confederation College has seven regional campuses located throughout northwestern Ontario, in addition to its main campus in Thunder Bay. The regional campuses are located at Dryden, Greenstone, Lake of the Woods, Northshore, Rainy river district, Red lake and sioux lookout.
