Solent University has three primary locations: City, Warsash and Timsbury Lake. The City campus is in the centre of Southampton, on the east side of East Park.


Main campus located in Claverton Down, east side of Bath; 1 hour 25 minutes away from London by train; 


Library

Situated over five floors, the library gives students and staff access to over 150,000 books in print and online, and over 33,000 ejournals, as well as group and individual study spaces, 400 PCs and Macs, 100 laptops, and even a student kitchen!


24/7 access all through the year; 334,000 print books; 500,000 e-books; 26,000 e-journals; 246 print journal titles; over 1km of unique & distinctive materials in Archives & Research Collection.


Campus Life

Situated right in the centre of the busy city of Southampton, the Solent University campus is home to students and staff from many different backgrounds and nationalities. The Student Hub is where you can go if you need to talk to someone and get expert advice on academic or personal matters. The friendly team can offer counselling, funding advice, chaplaincy, and also answer queries about your timetable, assessments or extenuating circumstances. You'll find the Student Hub on the ground floor of the Reginald Mitchell building, in the main concourse. Solent Students' Union is run by students for students. As well as organising things like social events and volunteering opportunities, the Students' Union is on hand to offer independent advice and support while you're at university.  You'll find plenty of food choices on campus like The Dock Restaurant, East Park Deli, Costa Coffee etc. Solent has some of the best sport facilities around. If you want to keep fit, why not take out a membership at the Solent Sports Complex, the £28 million sport, health and fitness facility.;
