Siddharth Law College LLB Admission 2023

Siddharth Law College offers three-year full-time LLB course. Candidates who have completed their graduation degree with at least 45% aggregate marks from any recognized institute are eligible LLB course.

Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from other than Gujarat University are required to obtain PEC (Provisional Eligibility Certificate) from the Gujarat University before applying.

For admission, the merit list is prepared by the Admission Committee, considering the aggregate marks of last year or last two semesters obtained in qualifying examination.

Siddharth Law College LLM Course Admission 2023

Siddharth Law College offers two-year LLM course in Criminal Law.

Candidates applying must have passed Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB/ Integrated LLB) in the first attempt with minimum 50% of marks shall be eligible for admission.

Admission is granted on the basis of candidate’s performance in the qualifying exam.

Candidates belonging to reserved category or candidates graduating from the university other than the Gujarat University or candidates who have passed the qualifying examination prior to April/May 2020 shall be required to obtain the print out of the registration form and must submit the same, along with the self-attested copies of the requisite certificates and testimonials at the specified Help Center.

Siddharth Law College offers PG Diploma in two disciplines for candidates who have obtained graduation degree in Law.

Candidates are provided admission based on their performance in the qualifying exam.

Siddharth Law College Application Process 2023

A candidate seeking admission to LLB/ LLM course shall apply online, for the registration of his/her candidature, on the website of the university, within the time limit specified by the Admission Committee.

For the purpose of registration, a candidate shall be required to collect PIN Number by payment of fees from the Help Centers designated by the University.
For registration, a candidate needs to the official website of the university and click on ‘Students Corner’ and then on Admission tab.
After this, candidate must choose the desired course he/she wishes to apply for.
For registration, candidates must enter the mobile number and other sought details.
After submitting registration form candidates will receive a message on mobile.
Now, candidate will have to fill the PIN number which he/she obtained earlier and other personal details.
After finally completing the registration process candidates will get a unique registration number.
Now by logging in candidates can fill the admission form by uploading necessary documents.
After online registration and admission form filling, the candidate must go to the concerned Help Centers with all original testimonials and other necessary documents and certified copies.
After verification, candidates are required to obtain the online print out of the Admission Offer Letter and Bank Fee Challan copies from the website.
The candidate shall be required to pay as part-payment towards fee, at the specified branches of any nationalized Bank.
For securing admission, a candidate shall produce at the allotted Center of Legal Education, the Admission Offer Letter, and receipt of fee issued by a bank, all original documents and testimonials, for verification.
Candidates must make payment of remaining fees at the allotted Center of Legal Education.
Fees:

PIN fees: INR 175
Part-payment fees: INR 500 for a male candidate and INR 200 for a female candidate

During verification candidates need to produce following original documents, print out of the registration form and also submit the self-attested copies of the following documents at the concerned Help Center:

Mark sheet of HSC and SSC.
Mark-sheets of last three years or last six semesters of Graduation Examination.
School Leaving Certificate.
Provisional Eligibility Certificate (PEC) to be issued by the Gujarat University for the candidates who have passed Qualifying Examination forms any University other than Gujarat University.
Caste certificate for a candidate belonging to SC, ST and Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC).
Non Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate of the family. (Certificate must be valid for the period of three-year from the date of issuance)
Physically Handicapped candidate need to produce a certificate of Physical Disability, issued and duly signed by the Civil Surgeon/ competent Medical Authority.
Mark sheets of last three -year or last six semesters’ LL.B./Five years’ Integrated LL.B. Examination (for LLM applicants).

Siddharth Law College Reservation Criteria

Only native candidates of Gujarat will be given benefits of reservation. Selection shall be made by following the rules of reservation laid down by the Government below:
