Allied Institute of Hotel Management and Culinary Arts (AIHMCA), Panchkula was established in 2006. It is government registered institute and is running under the Sri Satya Sai (Jasrotia) Education Foundation. The college is affiliated to Punjab Technical University (PTU) and Annamalai University. The courses running under the college are approved by University Grants Commission (UGC).

The college has separate accommodations for boys and girls with all modern facilities. The main aim of the college is to maintain high academic standards and over-all development of the students. AIHMCA has placement cell and it provides 100% placement support for the training and placement for all students. It also regularly provide proper guidance to the students for their final placement.
