I was very mesmerized by the doctors who were working day and night for mankind and saving people day and night with their hard work and dedication. I wanted to be like them and wanted to make my parents proud. The ratio of faculty to students is 1:20 The faculty are very good and helpful they always come forward to help us and teach us in a very simple way which is very easy to understand. The term exams occur at an interval of 6 months and it is quite difficult to pass.
MBBS degree is a 4 years course with one year of internship. Each and every faculty member of our college is highly knowledgeable , and extremely helpful and strives to make concepts better palatable to us. With more than 100 years of experience in medical teaching, our college provides quality education. Our alumni are a living example that this college produces great clinicians and the legacy of medical education has always been at its zenith here at RGKMCH. All our professors have completed MD in para and preclinical subjects with associated fellowships. Professors of clinical subjects have completed their DM too and all of them have vast knowledge in their fields. 3 semesters are taken throughout the year and they are quite challenging to score with a lot to study and a lot to produce at the moment of examination but regular assessments conducted by various departments like weekly assessments, viva, and practicals ease the process a lot.
Up to this day, my experience has been very good. Actually, I love to read about the human body In class 10 in the life science book I got an interest in the neurons, genetics, and many more topics of biology. So after finishing my 10th exam, I took PCB. After 12th I took the neet exam and took mbbs at rgkar Medical College. All the faculties in 1st year of my college were outstanding. I can't describe it in words. The faculty-student ratio is great. For 1 subject you have a minimum of 15+ teachers. All the faculties are well qualified. I love their teaching methods. For in anatomy, all the teachers used to draw an imp diagram of anatomy to make us learn very well. And really it helped a lot.
I have always wanted to become a doctor. It was my aim in life. RG KAR MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL is one of the medical colleges in West Bengal. The entire faculty is kind and helpful. The professors along with PGTs make their best efforts to make us understand the hard subjects. This college has great facilities. The professors teach us so nicely that it becomes easy to understand the subject. The semester exams after conducted every 3 months. Although a tough stream but it's interesting and this college welcomes every student wholeheartedly. Their commitment to each student's learning is awe-inspiring. They are incredible mentors.
Mbbs is a dream for all biology students. The faculty-to-student ratio is healthy. There are abundant faculties. The teaching method is good, to be honest. Exams are timely and frequent. Exams are not that easy. Quite difficult to pass.
