M.Arch applicants who have a valid GATE score are also eligible for direct programme admission. This university also provides research courses (P. HD) as well.

In the canteen and mess, the quality of the food provided is a little above average. With neatness and sufficient space, the hostel rooms are well-equipped with daily requirements.
