Cochin University College of Engineering Kuttanad(CUCEK) is a government college established in October 1999. The college is affiliated with Cochin University of Science and Technology Kuttanad and also approved by AICTE. Companies such as Amazon, Wipro, Oracle, TCS, TCL, Wipro, IBM, Mu Sigma visit the college for placement drive and each company has their own criteria for selecting the students.

Cochin University College of Engineering Kuttanad, Kerala: Admission

For admission in B.TECH and MCA courses, the students must clear the CUSATCAT exam conducted every year through Cochin University of Science and Technology(CUSAT).
For the B.TECH course the students need to full fill the following criteria:
Candidates must pass 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as primary subjects.
Candidates must have a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in Mathematics. + KEAM Score.
Diploma or Vocational completed students are not eligible to appear for CUSAT CAT
For the MCA course, the eligibility criteria is a Graduate degree with 60% and marks in CUSAT CAT.

Hostel Facility: The College does not provide its own hostel. There are several paying guests nearby where the students stay and come along.
Library: The college provides a web-based library where the students can get their required materials and can study in a peaceful environment. The library also provides national and international print journals and e-journals.
Sports: The college conducts an Arts and sports fest named SATTVA in the month of February every year where the students get an opportunity to showcase their talents. There are branch-wise games conducted and the branch with maximum points is awarded with a trophy.
NSS: The college has the National Service Scheme. This is a permanent youth program for the welfare of society hence providing selfless service for mankind.
