Faculty: Student ratio is 1:60. Top faculties are PHD holders while most of them have completed their master's. The teaching methods of teachers are very good. There are 2 Mid-semester and then End semester exam that takes place and the Exams are neither too tough nor easy.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Computer science Engineering because despite being in tier 3 you could at least get more opportunities than other branches and stream in a tier 3 college. Faculty to student ratio was 1:60 almost. Some faculties have quite impressive knowledge. Semester Exams are not difficult if u attend classes regularly.

The curriculum is rgpv based, in the first year of BTech you should be studying basic engineering subjects. There are very less studies about coding in the first year. Faculty members are experienced and highly qualified

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this college As LNCT is the no 1 Pvt college in central India for Btech especially the CSE branch of the main campus. I don't have very much idea about the ratio of faculty to students but approx 1 faculty is there for every 30 students. Every faculty has a minimum Ph.D. level degree and most of the have Doctorate degrees. The truth is all teachers have the best level of teaching experience. Term exams are upcoming...

Course Curriculum Overview:

I opted for computer science engineering because of my passion to learn and build new opportunities in this field I love coding since I was in class 11th through python language. The faculty-student ratio is about 10:200 approximately in my opinion. This facility is good as most have done Ph.D. from very good and finite institutes in India. But nowadays new facility members are not as good as old faculties they are not having good knowledge about the subjects as compared to old faculties. Here mid sem is not so tough so scoring in mid sem is an easy task But when we talk about sem exams currently papers are coming very good and a little tough also But can be easily solved with great knowledge of your subjects.

Ques. Can I get into CSE in LNCT Bhopal with a rank of 118,000 in the Mains?

● Top Answer By Krishna Srivastav on 24 Sept 21

While a clear-cut answer to this question isn’t possible, here are some insights regarding ranks and admissions according to my friends who are currently studying there. One of my friends is a final year student from LNCT pursuing B.Tech in IT. He secured a rank of 1,27,000 in 2017 but he wasn’t able to secure a seat in CSE Branch with that rank. Instead, he took a seat in IT in the 1st round itself. Yes, he didn’t wait for the 2nd or 3rd round. However, you can wait for at least the 3rd round to see if your chances increase for the CSE branch.  Secondly, it also depends on your quota. Most of the time it is quite impossible to secure a seat with such a rank without any quota. My friend who belonged to the unreserved category couldn’t get in even EC with a rank of 69,000. In recent years the required cutoff for CSE at LNCT Bhopal was 83761.  At last, if you are looking forward to a bright future in CSE or IT, establish your skills in programming on your own. If you are dependent on your college for learning something such as programming, your chances of grabbing programming job profiles are less....Read more

Ques. Is it a bad decision to choose LNCT Bhopal for a BE in IT/CSE if one wishes to go for a higher study, as I have heard that one can hardly get time for self-study?

● Top Answer By Supriya Pandey on 21 Sept 21

LNCT Bhopal is a good option when compared with other private colleges in Bhopal in terms of good placement records and extracurricular activities. Teaching at LNCT is not so good but it's also not that bad teachers are well-qualified. Faculty members give their best but self-study is more important in any aspect. You must maintain a good attendance record at the college otherwise it can cause difficulty for you. It will help in scoring good marks in the sessional exams. For a student, a college is just like a platform and only you can grab the opportunities. If you are looking for good placements right after graduation, you can try LNCT Bhopal....Read more

Ques. Which is better for CSE BIT PATNA or LNCT Bhopal?

● Top Answer By Sambhav Dasgupta on 24 Sept 21

Both colleges are quite good. My sister is currently pursuing her CSE from BIT Patna so here are some crucial insights you must have a look at. CSE at BIT Patna is quite impressive keeping in mind that the placement scenario in this college is better than most colleges of the same tier. Almost every student of BIT Patna gets a fair chance to seat in the placement of the Main campus, i.e. BIT Mesra Ranchi and many of them get placed too. The job profiles and packages are quite lucrative with an average package of around 6 lakh for CSE in BIT Patna. However, BIT Patna stands a little expensive as compared to LNCT Bhopal. It will cost around 12 lakhs to complete a 4-year degree.  BIT Patna definitely stands as a better choice if placements are your goal and there are no financial constraints. Choose wisely as you would be dedicating your precious 4 years of your life that will decide your career....Read more

Ques. Which college should I take, integrated ECE Jaypee Noida, or CS at LNCT Bhopal?

● Top Answer By Ranjana Pathak on 28 Sept 21

Since one of my sisters is a part of LNCT Bhopal, it is best to limit the answer to discussing it. As per what she mentions, LNCT Bhopal is a promising institute when it comes down to departments like CSE, IT, or ECE.  The institute offers multiple opportunities to opt from a variety of software-based companies, such as Cognizant and Infosys for a quick instance. However, the placement you secure usually only depends upon how well prepared you are for it.  Here is a brief insight about the placement session conducted at LNCT Bhopal, as per the latest records: Institute LNCT, Bhopal Placement Percentage 83% Highest Salary Package INR 27 LPA (2020) Average Salary Package INR 5.3 LPA Top Recruiting Companies VMware, Microsoft, Amazon, Cognizant, Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Capgemini It provides very disciplined conduct of college life. However, it is best that you compare the prospects of both institutes and make an informed decision afterward. ...Read more

Ques. Are you allowed to take your laptop to class for a BE in CSE at LNCT Bhopal?

● Top Answer By Akanksha Jha on 21 Sept 21

It doesn’t matter in which branch of engineering you are in, every branch has some theory sessions and practical sessions. It is important to take the help of technology to implement theoretical concepts practically. You can definitely carry a laptop in the class but you might not be allowed to use it during lectures. You need to take prior permission from the faculty if you want to operate it for programming or learning a lesson. If anyone denies you to do so, you can directly contact the HOD. Other than that, you can use it during lunchtime for practice sessions. LNCT has well-established labs for each branch and they are updated with the latest software. You can utilize the laboratories easily if you don’t have a laptop....Read more
