Aspirants seeking admission to 2-year Full-time MA Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute – 

Academic Requirement:

• Graduation and a bachelor's degree obtained through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50% or equivalent CGPA of any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India. A Relaxation of 5% aggregate is there for SC/ST candidates.
• Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination other than Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary Examination must submit an eligibility certificate from the Registrar, University of Madras and the course of study certificate issued by the Principal of the Institution previously attended.
