Ujjain Engineering College is a public college that promotes technical education in the state with three core branches of engineering Civil, Mechanical, & Electrical. The institute further launched new branches of engineering like Electronics and Civil in 1985 and 1986. Computer Science Engineering was also introduced in the session 2001-2002. It received recognition from the AICTE and received a declaration as an autonomous engineering college by the State Government. Ujjain Engineering College offers undergraduate, postgraduate, Ph.D., and part-time degree programs in different branches of Engineering and Science. There are a total of eight departments in the institute offering quality and professional education to the students.
