Bachelor of Education [B.Ed] From Sponsored Teachers Training College, Purulia

Candidates (both Deputed 10% seats & Fresher 90% seats) with at least 50% marks, in aggregate, considering all the subjects studied and passed out (45% for SC/ST/PWD) either in Bachelor’s Degree (General Pass or Hon’s) and/or in Master’s Degree in Mathematics/Science/Social Science/Language (in subjects as specified under each category in the application format). Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD) against a minimum total of 300 marks' question paper or any other qualification equivalent thereto are eligible for admission to the programme. There is no age restriction for deputed teachers. An Intending fresher candidate must not be more than 37 years of age.
