Thangal Kunju Musaliar Institute of Technology was established in the year 2002 under the Thangal Kunju Musaliar Education Trust to serve the growing requirement of trained technical human resource in India.

- Vector’06: It is technical symposium hosted by IT department of college
- Juventas’08: Hosted by Association of cyber experts in the CSE department of college
