- Candidate must have passed 12th from UP Board or equivalent exam from any recognized board.
- Qualify the above examination with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects & any one of the following subjects, i.e. Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject.
- Candidates must pass the above exam with a minimum of 50% (for the general candidate) and 45 % (for SC/ST candidate).
