Campus life is not very good because it is simply a government college and its campus has not been fully developed.
Too much politics between branches and corruption by the principal and teachers have led to devastating circumstances in the college.

College Review

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that much good in our college. It's better for mining students as this college is special in mining engineering. The mining engineering students get good packages and placement. The average package for mining students is 9 lakhs. For other branch students, it varies from 2 lakhs to 3 lakhs per annum. Companies- Adani, Tata Power, JSW, Vedanta, Tech Mahindra, etc.

Remarks:

As I am a student of this college so I can give a detail. Admission is through OJEE web counseling. Scores of JEE MAINS and OJEE are accepted. The application can be found on the OJEE website. Reservations are there for students of Odisha. Fees are also different for EWS category students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am doing my bachelor's degree at this college. From school life, I loved computers and technology. So that I joined here for my brightest future. And here there are many branches and students. And the faculties are highly educated & the sem exams are computer so I improved my skill a lot in computers, and some of my teachers are too informational like you, sir/ma'am. so thank you for your good teaching which is very useful not only in the classroom but also outside helpful. And because of the much learn from campus, I want to be a faculty myself after completing my education as it is not just part-time work it's full-time work and also a lifelong goal to fulfil both teachings and learning about information technology topics. Beautiful campus with awesome people for holistic development under one roof.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 40000 per year

I'm so happy with how great the Government College of Engineering was! The buildings are well-maintained, the classes were organised and lasted for an appropriate amount of time, the teachers were exceptionally professional and it's a joy to be surrounded by friends.
