BK Birla Institute of Engineering and Technology (BKBIET) offers Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in five major specializations of Engineering viz. Computer Science Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Information Technology and Mechanical Engineering.

For admission in the B.Tech program at BKBIET, candidates must have taken at least five subjects in class 12th examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects and obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in aggregate of these subjects.

There are three Categories of admission: Management, JEE Main (Outside Rajasthan) and JEE Main (Rajasthan).
- 15% of the sanctioned intake is filled through Management Quota. Under Management category (candidates must sit for JEE Main, irrespective of score), candidates have to apply on the prescribed attached format along with necessary documents.
- 15% intake is filled by JEE (Main) aspirants – Outside Rajasthan students ONLY. Under JEE Main (Outside Rajasthan) category, the candidate must be of outside Rajasthan and should appear JEE Main and should fill on-line counseling form as per the notification of “Coordinator”.
- 70% seats are filled through JEE Main Scores – Rajasthan Domicile ONLY. Under JEE Main (Rajasthan) category, the candidate must be from Rajasthan, should appear JEE Main and should fill on-line counseling form as per the notification of “Coordinator”.

For admission under Management Quota, candidates need to pass 10+2 level examination with subject combination of Physics, Mathematics and one of (Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Biology, Computer Science). The students with good JEE (Mains) / XII Scores are eligible in this category and the selection is made by the admission authority, REAP (Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process) Coordinator. Students admitted through this scheme have an advantage of complete Tuition Fee Waiver for the full 4 years duration of the course.

Only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 01, 1990 are eligible.

Incomplete form or form without copy of Mark-Sheet of qualifying exam will merely be rejected.
