Eligibility for the course required is cut-off marks in the NEET UG examination. Application forms can be filled out on kea website, The application fee was 1000 Rs at the time of my admission, application dates were 5 days in the month of November 2021. Our application and form filling was online but after that, we had to sit in offline counselling at KEA headquarters in Malleswaram in Bangalore. I haven't taken any reservation benefits since I belong to the UR category. The admission procedure could have been thoroughly online, offline meant we had to come all the way from North India(Jharkhand) till here with uncertainty surrounding the admission.
The entrance exam and application process were done by KEA Karnataka, there was no reservation as I belong to the general quota, and there should be some improvement in the admission process as they should do it in order.
Puc Or 12 pass is required with biology subject. The minimum mark of puc for eligibility for neet ug is 60 percent. Nmc conducts the new UG exam for medical students. After you pass the exam you will have cut-off marks then you participate the counseling. Finally, you got the medical seat.
Admission was based on neet exam marks in the priv quota. The process itself was seamless and the government of Karnataka organized it very nicely The process happened at the KEA office in Bengaluru. All the documentation was there only. The whole process was online except for the final document verification for which it was mandatory to be physically present. Eligibility is the cutoff of that particular year for me it was 23000 rank. Rank between 30000-20000 will be the safe zone.
