Sri Adichunchanagiri College of Pharmacy (ACCP) is a reputed educational institution imparting quality education in the fields of Pharmaceutical Science and Practice. ACCP is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India, AICTE and affiliated to RGUHS, Bengaluru.

Sri Adichunchanagiri College of Pharmacy offers a 2-year Diploma program in Pharmacy (D. Pharm.), 4-year Bachelor in Pharmacy (B. Pharm.) and a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D.) program of 6 years duration at the undergraduate level. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to these courses is a pass in PUC/10+2 or any other equivalent exam in science stream.

Candidates for these courses are selected on the basis of marks obtained in the Science subjects in the qualifying exam. Eligible candidates will be required to visit the institute campus along with original copies of all relevant documents for admission purpose. The application fee can be paid through NEFT/ RTGS/Demand Draft/Cash.

Key Points:

  • In case of a tie in the merit of two candidates, the candidate with the higher age is given preference for B. Pharm admissions.
  • Candidates who have appeared in their final year exam of the qualifying program are eligible to apply and will be given provisional admission till all documents are furnished.

Sri Adichunchanagiri College of Pharmacy PG Admissions 2023

Sri Adichunchanagiri College of Pharmacy offers a 2-year Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm.) degree program, a 3-year Post Basic Pharm. D. (PB Pharm D.) program and a PhD program in Pharmacy at the post-graduate level. Specializations offered under the M. Pharm program include Pharmacy Practice, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharma Analysis and Pharmacology.

For admission to the PhD program, candidates must hold an M. Pharm degree. Selection of candidates for the M. Pharm. and PB Pharm. D. programs is done on the basis of marks in the qualifying exam. PhD candidates are selected through an entrance exam conducted by the institute, followed by a personal interview session.

Candidates seeking admission to the PG courses offered by ACCP may visit the institute campus and fill the application form offline. The application fee for the desired program can be paid through NEFT or RTGS as desired. Candidates also have the flexibility of paying the application fee via cash.

Key Points:

  • Candidates who have qualified UGC-NET/ JRF do not require to take the entrance exam for PhD admissions.
  • However, all candidates must attend the personal interview session in order to qualify for admission to the program.
  • A minimum aggregate of 50 percentile marks in the qualifying exam is required for admission to all PG programs (including PhD) offered by the institute.
