Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Completed a 4-year UG degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Or, completed a master's degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.

- Statement of Research Interests: Students are required to submit a complete application, a one-page statement describing their research interests.
- Three References: Employment references include past employers, co-workers, subordinates, or clients. Professional references are people who know students on a professional basis. Academic references are instructors and vocational counselors.
- ELP Scores: Students have to submit their English language proficiency scores like IELTS, TOEFL, or other test scores.
