- The Master of Organizational Management (MOrgM) offered by Crandall University is a people-focused program that prepares passionate professionals for leadership and management roles within their organizations.
- This differs from a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in that it will focus more on working with and through people than on the technical aspects of business administration.
- This 20-month program is delivered in a five-semester format enabling those fully employed (working professionals) the opportunity to complete their graduate degrees during evening hours.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Applicants to the Master of Organizational Management degree program should hold an undergraduate Bachelor’s degree (from any discipline), with a minimum grade point average of 3.0 (B) over the last two years of their program.
- Applicants should also have the equivalent of two years of full-time employment experience in any field and generally within the private, not-for-profit, and public service sectors.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students should have an overall average of 50% with a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
