Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Following are the academic requirements of the program:

  • Completion of a Bachelor's degree with a cumulative grade point average of a B grade in the final two years.
  • Official transcripts indicating completion of a Bachelor of Education degree with a cumulative grade point average of B grade in the final two years.
  • Students whose previous degree was obtained in a country where English is not the primary/official language and from a university where English was not the language of instruction must meet one of VIU’s English Language requirements for Graduate Programs.
  • Students with a UG degree other than a Bachelor of Education must have an official transcript indicating completion of a UG degree with a cumulative grade point average of a B grade in the final two years.
  • Students must have two current confidential assessment reports.
