Orientation Course for Catering Personnel From TNU, Kolkata

Aspirants seeking admission to the program should meet the following criteria as

Academic Requirement:

• Academic standards: 10th standard pass from a recognized. Board. minimum 40% aggregate and, 4O%o marks ln  English ln 10th standard or 12th standard.  
• Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in hospitality & hotel administration, / hotel management & catering technology /  Hospitality & tourism of minimum 6 months duration duly recognized by State Board, UGC approved universities,  National Council for hotel management &catering technology.  
• Age between 18 and 28 years.
• Medical fitness as MS Medical Examination Rules 2000.
• This course is of 12 days duration excluding mandatory five STCW basic courses.
