Ph.D. (Law) From Central University of Punjab, Bathinda

Aspirants seeking admission to 3-year Full-time DOP in Law program should have a Master’s degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD) from a recognized university.

1. Candidate must have some financial assistance such as NET-JRF, financial assistance from Govt. agencies {Like Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship (RGNF), Maulana Azad National Fellowship (MANF) etc.} and working in CUPB projects with fellowships. NET-JRF will be exempted from the test, however, they have to appear in the interview.
2. Those without any financial assistance may appear in the test. If they qualify, they can be admitted within one year if successful in getting some financial assistance.
