Applicants must be qualified with the following criteria for admissions in Alliance University LLM:

  • Candidates need to pass a 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board with 45% marks in aggregate (40% marks for SC/ST candidates).
  • The candidate should have completed 3-year LLB or 5-year integrated LLB graduation with at least 45% marks (40% in case of reserved category candidates), from a university recognized by the Bar Council of India.

Alliance University LLM Course Details

LLM is a one-year full-time program that is divided into two semesters. LLM provides 04 types of courses in one year. This includes - Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law, Criminal Law, and Security Law. Every subject has its credit.

Each credit is equal to 15 classroom hours that includes practical training. A candidate must complete 24 credits to receive its LLM Degree, which includes

  • Three Core compulsory subjects (Research Methods and Legal Writing, Comparative Public Law / Systems of Governance, Law, and Justice in Globalizing World)- 03 credits each.
  • Compulsory Dissertation of 03 credits.
  • Six Specialization subjects of 02 credits each.
