Which is better IIIT Kota or IIIT Bhubaneswar or IIIT Pune or IIIT Una, I have a rank of 20,000?

IIIT Kota, IIIT Una, and IIIT Pune are funded through public-private partnerships and only IIIT Bhubaneswar is a state-funded institute with its own campus. As for rankings, IIIT Pune has been ranked 15th amongst the "Top Engineering Colleges of India" by Outlook. Here are some noteworthy points-

• If you have a rank under 20,000 then IIIT Pune will not be the best option because it has begun functioning quite recently like IIIT Una and IIIT Kota. The first batch of IIIT Una graduated in 2018 whereas that of IIIT Kota graduated in 2017.
• Students at IIIT Una are being mentored by NIT Hamirpur and IIIT Kota is facilitating education through MNIT Jaipur.
• IIIT Kota has a better placement facility, it was 90% in 2020 and it will see a speedy improvement in the upcoming years. The highest package offered was 26 LPA.
