It is important to evaluate the various factors that can impact your career opportunities and growth while choosing a college. Among Nirma, Welingkar, and FMS BHU, BIMTECH may be a strong option to consider. BIMTECH has a long-standing history of providing quality management education, with an active placement cell that has been in operation for 32 years. The institution has a strong alumni network, with over 8000 alumni working in the service industry, and has consistently ranked among the top 10 private B-Schools in the country.

Additionally, BIMTECH's all four PGDM programs are AICTE approved, which is a significant accreditation that indicates that the programs meet certain quality standards. This can be an added advantage for the students. Furthermore, BIMTECH has established partnerships and MoUs with renowned organizations such as KPMG, LOMA, and IIBA, which provide students with valuable training opportunities that can help to further enhance their skills and career prospects.

On the other hand, FMS BHU may be facing some challenges in terms of placements and career opportunities. Although it is a reputed institution, the current scenario may not be favorable.

Therefore, it is important to weigh all the options and carefully consider all factors before making a final decision. BIMTECH's reputation and track record of success in the management domain, as well as its accreditation and partnerships, make it a strong choice for those looking to pursue a post-graduate program in management.

One of my friends is a recent alumnus of Nirma University and has relevant information to share. Mentioned below are a few key points to take into account before finally deciding to opt one among all of these institutes.

  1. While being a part of the institute, one of her batch members converted to Nirma from BIMTECH. He joined the university 2 days after the commencement of the session. He was glad to have chosen Nirma University over BIMTECH.
  2. Besides, the present company that my friend is in, recruits students of FMS BHU at a slightly lower package when in comparison with students from Nirma University for the very same profile.
  3. It is also to remember that Welingkar shares a location at a very favorable place in Mumbai, which can be a good option. In fact, the finance placements are also better than the other institutes you have mentioned about.
  4. There are other factors to be considered before opting for an institute - fee structure, mean and median placement reports, ROI, the scope of value addition. This clearly is the reason behind why my friend did not apply for BIMTECH, FMS - BHU, or Welingkar. She also chose Nirma University over IMT - G, GIM - Goa, SIBM - Bangalore, SIIB - Pune since these institutes charge a hefty fee structure.

Needless to mention, she was glad to have chosen Nirma University at the end of the day.
