Which one is better for CSE, IIT Bhubaneswar or IIT Ropar?

IIT Bhubaneswar and IIT Ropar both are new IITs and offer a decent CSE program both in academics and placements.

According to the NIRF ranking, IIT Bhubaneswar is at 22 whereas IIT Ropar is at 25. In 2019, the CSE department students from IIT Bhubaneswar got 100% placement in top companies like Google, Amazon, Jio, HP, etc. with an average package of 10-35 LPA.

In IIT Ropar, the average package of the CSE was over 13.83 LPA and students received offers from Cisco, Samsung, Facebook, Microsoft, etc. The highest package offered in India was 17.45 LPA and outside India was USD 1,25,000 per annum. The students have also received the chance for admission in IIMs.Lastly, the decision is up to you so choose according to your convenience.
