IIFT, SP Jain, XLRI, and FMS all four institutes are reputed and counted among the top B-Schools in India. For these institutes, your preference order should be as follows.

FMS>IIFT>XLRI>SP Jain

This ranking is based on different parameters such as academics, placements, ranking, faculties, student crowd, etc. FMS offers the best ROI. According to the recent placement highlights, the average CTC for the institute is INR 32.4 LPA. While FMS Delhi fees are around INR 1.92 Lakhs.

IIFT, SP Jain, XLRI, and FMS all of these institutes belong to the same tier. Academics, placements, or extra-curricular activities will be more or less the same at these institutes. Though each of these institutes has its own perks.

  • XLRI offers the best HR course, in the country. Their BM course is also at per with any IIM. For placements, it attracts good consulting profiles.
  • At SP Jain, you will need to choose your specialization, before joining. This has certain advantages and disadvantages. Their marketing program is the most coveted one. Located in the finance capital of the country, Mumbai, it also has a locational advantage.
  • FMS offers the best ROI. XLRI, SP Jain, IIFT all of these institutes charge a high fee. While FMS charges INR 1.92 Lakhs for their MBA degree. FMS Marketing program is one of the best in the country.

The student crowd will be almost the same in all top B-Schools. The majority of the students will be from Engineering backgrounds. For top colleges, most of the students are IIT, NIT, and BITS alumni.
