What is the recent placement stats in civil engineering in IIT BHU and IIT Roorkee ?

Civil engineering placements at both IIT BHU and IIT Roorkee are quite good. In fact, overall placements at both of these premier institutes are at par irrespective of the branch (if you wish to go for the non-core sectors including finance, consultancies, IT, developer).
