Which is better EE in IIT Bhubaneshwar or in IIT Indore?
Because Bhubaneswar is the capital of Orrisa and Indore is the most important and industrial capital of Madhya Pradesh, when it comes to geographical location, Indore has the upper hand with a slight advantage due to its weather.
Various ranking agencies have ranked IIT Bhubaneswar over the years. The NIRF 2022 ranked it 65th in the Overall Category and 36th in the Engineering Category in 2022 for its overall academic performance.
IIT Indore has been placed 16th in the NIRF Engineering Rankings 2022. IIT Indore has been ranked 31st in the overall category by the NIRF Rankings 2022, with an overall score of 55.13. THE World University Rankings 2022 place IIT Indore in the 401-500th range, and THE Young University Rankings 2022 place it in the 76th range.
Thus, IIT Indore is better in EE.

As per the NIRF ranking, the IIT Indore is ranked in 10th place. On the other hand, IIT Bhubaneswar is ranked at 22nd place in 2020.
In 2019, IIT Indore had an overall 99% placement rate. The average package is approximately 7.2 LPA while the highest package goes to around 20 LPA. But if we compared with the IIT Bhubaneswar in EE the average package lies around 10 -12 LPA. There was 86% placement from EE at IIT Bhubaneswar last year.
IIT Indore EE department is one of the best departments with many experienced professors and many in this field. On the campus, you can be the part of the various technical clubs that include electronics and robotics clubs that provide good exposure and practical knowledge in the field.
The above-mentioned facts suggest that EE at IIT Indore is a little ahead of EE at IIT Bhubaneswar.
