How are the placements at IIIT Hyderabad?
The placement statistics for the recent years at IIIT Hydrabad have been excellent, especially for B.Tech CSE and ECE. During the 2021 placement drive, the average CTC offered to the CSE and ECE students was INR 30 LPA and INR 24 LPA respectively. While the highest CTC received by students was 56 LPA.
The B.Tech branches usually get better placements compared to masters and P.hD courses.

IIIT Hyderabad is consistently performing well in terms of placements. The college is consistently growing every year in terms of the highest package placed an average salary offered. Last year, students received the highest package of 40 lakhs and the average salary was 21 lakhs. A total of 271 students were placed out of 289 students registered. II7 companies visited the campus to recruit the students.
It is clearly evident that the institute has grown in terms of placement with each year passing by. This can be seen from the table given below:
