The above cutoff varies from year to year so you shouldn't solely rely on them. NTA conducts the JEE Mains so it's hard to predict rank by marks, percentile, etc.
IIT Hyderabad is the first institute in India to launch a BTech program on AI engineering. I think the credibility of a certain field can be judged by its cutoff and the cutoff of AI has been seen as giving an edge to CSE of IIT Hyderabad and other old IITs.

Both the institutes are famous. But for the CSE branch, NIT Goa is the better alternative. The reason is placement and recruiters that visit the campus are much better than IIITM. The placement statistics of NIT Goa are below.
Average Package | INR 7.35 LPA |
Highest Package | INR 20 LPA |
Top recruiters | R&D, Samsung, HFCL, etc. |
But if you are looking for an excellent hostel and campus life, NITG is not a choice for you. NITG does not have its campus. The current batches adjust in the campus provided by Goa Engineering College (GEC).
Let me clarify the fact that NIT Kurukshetra has the CE or Computer Engineering branch and not CSE. While the former deals with hardware concepts the latter is all about software. The overall branch is decent but not at par with the IT or CSE branches of other institutes. The syllabus is somewhat outdated and so are the labs.
As far as the placements are concerned, the campus is visited by several IT companies like Directi, Amazon, Adobe, CDOT, etc Students often receive PPO and PPI from companies like Flookatt and Microsoft. The placement scenario is similar for IT as well.

One needs to maintain a CGPA of around 8.5+ to secure good packages in CE at NIT Kurukshetra. The institute organizes several fests to ensure extracurricular activities are also conducted. The tech-society TECHNOBYTE organizes a lot of events during fests. Additionally, the GAWDS is a group of web and graphic enthusiasts where you can learn about software development. Frequent workshops for competitive programming are held on campus by the seniors.
Overall, the CE branch at NT Kurukshetra is good with decent placements, hostel facilities, and crowd.
The number of recruiters varies every year and affects the placement percentage of all the branches of DTU. Approximately the placement percentage of DTU CSE varies from 88 % - 93%. Even colleges better than DTU find it difficult to maintain a 100% record. Students who have poor grades or backlogs usually get rejected while many top graders opt for higher studies generally in foreign universities.

The CSE branch of DTU specifically is great and offers a plethora of opportunities and exposure. Anyone with excellent coding skills and a great CV certainly gets placed here with a high package.
One of my friends studied at Sharda University and according to him, it was the biggest regret of his life. He pointed out some good and bad things about the college, which I will be sharing with you.
There is no ragging and the infrastructure is pretty good. It is the only thing good about the college.
The university has many flaws like -
If you scored badly in JEE or any other competitive exam but are willing to improve yourself and do not see any other options available, then you can join Sharda University.
Manipal Jaipur campus is one of the best for pursuing CSE. It provides students with top-notch academic resources and amenities. Additionally, the placements are fairly decent. If you want to seriously pursue a career in CS, look no more for IIIT Hyderabad is the best option for you. Here are a few other aspects that should be considered
Ultimately, an institute can only guide you but cannot be completely responsible for shaping your career. So choose wisely!
CoE stands for Computer Engineering. This course includes the study of software and hardware. While CSE stands for Computer Science and Engineering and the course work revolves around programming languages, developing software, theory, and algorithms.
If you are more interested in coding, CSE will be a better choice. The placement record of the branch is also good. The highlights of Thapar University placements show the average CTC for CSE to be around INR 13 LPA.
