New Delhi: XLRI or Xavier School of Management (XLRI) Jamshedpur has successfully concluded its summer internship placement process for the two-year Postgraduate Diploma programmes for the class of 2022-24 by recording 100 percent success rate.
The summer internship placement process was conducted for the PGD programmes in Human Resource Management and Business Management, offered by XLRI Jamshedpur.

In the history of XLRI Jamshedpur, this is the largest batch which comprised 510 students, who received almost 525 offers from 103 companies.
The XLRI students were primarily hired for the positions in consulting, finance, sales and marketing, general management, product management, operations, analytics, and human resources.
This year, XLRI secured an average and median stipends that broke all previous records, totaling Rs 1.54 lakhs per month (LPM) and Rs 1.50 LPM, respectively.
These figures represent increases of 16.67 percent and 20 percent year-on- year. The highest stipend offered was Rs. 3.5 LPM.
The average stipend for the toptop five percent, top 10 percent, top 25 percent and top 50 percent stood at Rs. 2.35 LPM, Rs. 2.17 LPM, Rs. 2.02 LPM, and Rs. 1.85 LPM, respectively.
Nearly 96% of all accepted offers will draw at least Rs 1 LPM in stipends, and 67% will pay at least Rs 1.5 LPM.
Speaking about the XLRI summer placements, Fr. S. George, director of XLRI, said that the institute has witnessed a surprisingly successful summer placement rate breaking all the previous records.
