Tripura Government Law College has announced the provisional merit list for the BA LLB Hons course. Applicants can check the merit list on the site of the Govt of Tripura, Directorate of Higher Education; highereducation.tripura.gov.in.
Applicants who sat for the Law entrance Examination 2020 will find their names in the merit list. Applicants who manage to secure marks above the cut off will be offered admission in the institute. Tripura Government Law College held the exam for admissions to various courses on October 7.

Tripura Govt Law College: Steps to Check the Merit List
The merit list is available to everyone on the official website of the Directorate of Higher Education, Tripura Government. The board does not provide any provision for objections towards the merit list or the answer paper. As such, no applications received for the same purpose are accepted.
Candidates can check the merit list by following these steps.
- Step 1: Visit the official website of the Directorate of Higher Education; highereducation.tripura.gov.in
- Step 2: In the What's New section, you will find the option for provisional merit list
- Step 3: Click on it and the list will be displayed
- Step 4: Find yourself in the list and then take a print out of the page and its adjacent sheets

Tripura Govt Law College: Cut-Off
The Law Entrance Examination Board has given a cut-off for the exam which is announced every year. Only the applicants who score marks equal to or greater than the prescribed cut-offs will be eligible for admission to Tripura Govt Law College.
Failure to secure the minimum marks would result in the non-eligibility of the candidate. Such candidates won’t have the option to proceed further in the admission process. For the year 2020, the cut-off has been kept at 30% marks in each paper.

Tripura Govt Law College: Seat Intake
Tripura Govt Law College has 60 total seats for BA LLB Hons course in the academic year 2020-21. These seats are filled as per the merit list released by the board. Applicants from categories like SC/ST are applicable for reservations as per the norms prescribed by the state policies.
