Hyderabad: Telangana Government is scheduled to host one of the biggest virtual events, 'APAC Global Education & Skill Conclave.' The Collegiate and Higher Education Department of the state and APAC News Network will organise this conclave from 3-5 December 2020.
The event will observe the presence of 150+ Global & National Education Thought Leaders. The event will be inaugurated by former Union Minister Dr Suresh Prabhu and Higher Education Minister of Uttarakhand, Dr Dhan Singh Rawat.

The inaugural session of the event will find the gracious presence of Israel’s Ambassador to India, the High Commissioner of Australia and Deputy High Commissioner of UK. Earlier, the first edition of the conclave had Israel, Australia, UK, Innovation Norway, Netherlands NUFFIC NESO, Afghanistan & Malawi as 'Country Partners' of the event.
The event will narrow down its focus towards three aspects, School Education, Higher Education and Skill Development. Leading school chains, Universities and Centres of Excellence of India such as IITs & IIMs will participate in the conclave.

Policymakers from more than 20 states will also participate to engage in a mindful discourse on new age technologies and innovations in the Education sector.
The program’s Chair, Navin Mittal, IAS, Commissioner of Collegiate & Education Department of Telangana asserted, 'I am quite happy to see the participation of education thought leaders and am hopeful that the conclave will create a meaningful dialogue on education with a special focus on innovation.'
The conclave is supported by Collegedunia, GITAM University, Dell Technologies, Harappa Education, ICICI Bank, Amity University, Telangana University, Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University of Hyderabad, Chitkara University, Big Innovation Centre, Fliplearn and Campus Crop.
Additionally, Government organisations namely, Department of Science & Technology, Government of Uttarakhand, Telangana State Council of Higher Education, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIM Sambalpur, Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education, TASK, WeHub and APSCHE have also joined the conclave as Supporting Partners.
