RIE CEE Exam 2020 Cancelled; Qualifying Exam Marks Update Link Provided, Check Details Here


RIE Common entrance exam 2020 is cancelled due to the pandemic situation. Students will be admitted through submission of their rank card in the portal.

Regional Institute of Education - [RIE], Bhubaneswar has provided a link to update the marks secured in the last qualifying examination. The institute will be giving merit admission for the academic year 2020-2021.

The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) conducts RIE CEE exam for centralized online admission. In view of increasing covid-19 cases, the council has taken the initiative to offer merit admission.

Candidates need to submit their marks for filling application form before the last date of submission.

Applicants must fulfil the required eligibility criteria for taking admission in respective courses. The application fee for general category candidates is INR 1000 and INR 500 for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

All the application forms for RIE CEE 2020 are to be submitted online on the official site of NCERT. Candidates are required to check the eligibility criteria and then submit the forms. Candidates can choose multiple courses at a time.

It is to be noted that the council will reject any incomplete form without reimbursing the application fee.

RIE CEE Exam 2020: How to Submit the Marks Online?

Candidates can follow the below steps to submit their marks online

Step 1: Visit the official website www.cee.ncert.gov.

Step 2: Click on the notice section on the homepage

Step 3: Click on the candidate’s login icon and enter the details.

Step 4: The portal will open in a new browser

Step 5: Complete the application form for the relevant subject and submit it

Step 6: Pay the application fee and download the application form

RIE CEE Exam 2020: Exam Pattern

Candidates must note the below points for the RIE CEE Exam 2020.

  1. The exam will have 3 sections mainly Group A, B, and C.
  2. The total marks for the exam is 160 which will comprise questions from Language, Aptitude and reasoning ability.
  3. For each wrong answer, 0.5 marks will be deducted from the total score. For each right answer, 2 marks will be credited.
  4. Candidates need to finish the exam in 120 minutes.
  5. The exam will be conducted online.
