Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank to Conduct Virtual Meeting with VCs of Central Universities; Check Details Here


As per recent updates, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ is scheduled to conduct a virtual meeting with all the Vice Chancellors from Central Universities. The meeting will be held on May 18, 2021 in order to discuss the progress of online education during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

As part of the virtual meeting, the Education Minister will address the National Education Policy 2020 and how it has been implemented so far across institutions.

An online meeting consisting the Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ along with state education secretaries is currently in progress. 

As the second wave of COVID-19 persists across the country, the Union Education Ministry has decided to cancel the CBSE Board exams for Class 10. Along with this CBSE board exams of Class 12 have been postponed. All higher education exams scheduled for May, 2021 have also been postponed.
