QS Asia University Rankings 2022: As per the latest QS Asia University Rankings 2022 release, the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB) and Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IITD) have secured their position among the top 50 universities in Asia.
With an overall score of 71, the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB) has ranked 42 under the QS Asia University Rankings 2022, while the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IITD) has secured its rank at 45th position with an overall score of 69.6.
Following IIT Delhi and Bombay, the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM) has been ranked at 54th position with a score of 58.8. While the Indian Institute of Science stood at 56th rank with an overall score of 58.1.
In the 2022 rankings, strong representations have been recorded from universities of Mainland China, India, Japan as well as from South Korea and Taiwan. While the last year's rankings featured a total of 126 out of the 687 from Mainland China.

QS Asia University Rankings 2022: Top Ranked Indian Universities
In accordance with the data released, the QS Asia University Rankings 2022 has ranked over 600 universities in the Asia rankings. The top places have been secured by the Singapore and Mainland China universities.
As for Indian universities rankings, the Indian Institute of Technology has secured top places in the QS Asia University Rankings 2022. The IIT’s Delhi, Bombay, Mumbai, Kharagpur, and Kanpur branches have been placed under the top 100 universities in Asia rankings.

In QS Asia University Rankings 2022, the first ranking has been secured by the University of Singapore, National University of Singapore (NUS) with a perfect score of 100 out of 100 in all key parameters.
While talking about the overall Asia university rankings, the Peking University of
Beijing, China (Mainland) has stood in the second rank with a score of 99.5. Third place has again been secured by Singapore university, NTU.
The rankings of universities for QS Asia University Rankings 2022 have been calculated based on various parameters. The key indicators used are academic and employer reputations, the number of staff holding a Ph.D., and the percentage of international students.
