PG, MDS Admission 2021: FDST 2020 Exam to be Conduct on December 29, Check Eligibility, Selection, and Schedule Here


FDST 2020: National Board of Examination (NBE), Delhi has issued an official circular regarding the conduction of the Foreign Dental Screening Test (FDST) for the PG Diploma and MDS Degree Admission 2021. 

According to the circular released by NBE, the FDST 2020 entrance exam will be held on December 29, 2020, through pen and paper mode for registered candidates. Authorities have also issued information bulletin along with the exam date for candidates to check.

FDST 2020: Admission Process

Foreign Dental Screening Test (FDST) is held in the offline mode for the candidates to provide registration certificates from the Dental Council of India (DCI) or State Dental Council (SDC). 

National Board of Examination (NBE) authorities will release the FDST 2020 results after the successful conclusion of the entrance exam.

Eligibility Criteria: Any Person of Indian Origin (PIO)/ Indian citizen/ Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) possessing a primary dental qualification/ PG Diploma/Postgraduate Dental qualification awarded by any recognized dental institution outside India are eligible to apply for FDST 2020

Selection Process: To qualify for the FDST 2020 entrance exam, the candidates must secure equal to or more than the minimum percentage requirement. The candidates who will pass the entrance exam will be called for a viva-voce examination which will be for 50 marks. 

Additionally, Candidates are required to score a minimum of 50% i.e. 25 marks to pass the viva-voce examination, and appear for further admission process.
