Odisha NEET UG 2020 Revised Merit List Released (Dec 8), Check Details Here


Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) has released the revised merit list for the second round of counselling of Odisha NEET UG 2020 on December 8. The revised merit list will be available on the official website of the OJEE; ojee.nic.in.

The merit list has been released on the OJEE official website tomorrow around 5 pm. Following the release of the Odisha NEET-UG merit list, the process of choice filling and locking will be started from the next day. Subsequently, once the choice locking window is over, the seat allotment will begin.

Odisha NEET UG 2020: Seat Allotment

Allotment of candidates will be done on the basis of the merit list provided by the OJEE and the choice of the candidate. In case the student participates in the counselling and takes admission against his allotment, he will not be allowed to participate in further rounds.

Additionally, if the candidate is not allotted his first preference, he can decide to take part in further rounds. This will only be applicable if he opts for the float or freeze option.

Students who have not been allocated a seat, newly registered candidates, and those who did not take admission against their allotment will be allowed in this round of counselling. During the counselling, 85% of total seats in the state will be allocated to students.

As for admission to Deemed Universities, students should take note that counselling for those seats will be done by the DGHS.

It is to be noted that to accept the seat, candidates will need to download their allotment letter and deposit the admission fee. Applicants should note that no resignation will be entertained after the admission period is over.
