The Council of Higher Secondary Education of Odisha announced today that Class 12 Results 2021 will be marked on the basis of matriculation performance. The decision has been finalised after a number of meetings by an expert committee.
Council of Higher Secondary Education Odisha announced that," Scores will be awarded to the regular students on the basis of matriculation performance of the examinee. A detailed subject mapping has also been prepared by the council for the evaluation process."
Scores will be evaluated in the Practical component of a paper for both regular and non-regular examinees as per their CHSE examination results. Odisha Board Class 12 Results are expected to be declared in the second week of August.
If any student is not satisfied with the results evaluated on the basis of the matriculation performance, they can also opt to appear in the offline mode exams which will be conducted when the current COVID situation comes under control.
Earlier, the Odisha State Board 2021 exams were cancelled by the Odisha State Education Board due to COVID situation in the state. The decision for cancellation of Odisha Board Class 12 exams was taken after the announcement of CBSE 2021 Class 12 exam cancellation by PM Modi.
