Mumbai FYJC Third Merit List: Maharashtra Government has announced the third merit list for FYJC(First Year Junior Colleges) for the academic year 2020-21. Candidates can check the merit list over the official website 11thadmission.org.in.

Mumbai FYJC third merit list for science stream has a marginal dip and a slight increase of 1% in the stream of commerce and arts can be seen.

Out of 1,16 lakh candidates who applied in the third round of admission, 45,402 candidates have been allotted seats on December 15.

Among these, 6,179 are those who received their first preference of colleges. Candidates who have been allotted seats have to confirm it online latest by December 18, 2020.

After the completion of 3rd round, the colleges can allocate the remaining seats to the quota category students as per the reservation policy.

The Mumbai FYJC 2020 second merit list was released on December 5, 2020 and the colleges observed a marginal decrease in the cutoff by 2% in the science stream and a significant rise in the commerce and arts stream.

Principal of Jai Hindu College (JHC) Churchgate, Mumbai commented that the competition was tough this year and many applications for the diploma program were not retrieved from the portal.

The classes are expected to be started online after completing 75% admission seats in the colleges.
